Book Support

Growing the Conversation

The Book Is Just the Beginning…

This book presents what, for many, will be an opening chapter that introduces a knowledge type and new design and lifecycle model that can prevent designed-in error types that degrade human performance. This may be a first step towards adopting a first-of-kind solution guided by the systematic application of cognitive ergonomics and engineering psychology.

To support your journey, this site provides three avenues of support.  Two seek to initiate, encourage, and facilitate awareness, information flow, and technical exchanges among those considering or deploying new knowledge, methodologies, and tools. A third, free to all, is a repository for new documents to aid those who may be considering or currently deploying the tools and models from the book.

Book Extensions

This page is a document repository providing free download access to new and supplemental information. The first postings include Chapters 1 and 8. Future postings may include new or expanded content, feedback from users, training material, or progress towards the new standard proposed in Chapter 8.
